The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as follows:

• "Platform" refers to the ft99 website, mobile version, and all associated services.

2.1 Accuracy of Personal Information

You must provide complete and accurate information at the time of registration. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in immediate account closure, and any balance may be forfeited in such cases.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If the same person opens multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and any bonuses received will be considered void. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the ft99 support team immediately.

3.1 Age Verification Process

ft99 may request a government-issued ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) for age verification at any time. Withdrawals may be held until age verification is completed.

3.2 Protection of Minors

If it is established that a user opened an account while under the age of 21, that account will be immediately closed, all transactions will be cancelled, and any winnings will be forfeited. Assisting a minor in opening an account is a punishable offence under the law.

ft99 offers various types of bonuses and promotions. These bonuses are available subject to meeting specific conditions.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus of up to ৳5,000 is available on your first deposit at ft99. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. Depositing ৳10,000 gives a bonus of ৳5,000 (the maximum limit), bringing the total balance to ৳15,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to each bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. For example, for a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawal (৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000).

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• The wagering requirement must be met within the specified period from the time the bonus is received.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Funds received from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• ft99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Attempting to misuse promotional bonuses or claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in account closure.

4.4 VIP Program

ft99's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each level comes with a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.7% at Gold, 1.0% at Platinum, and 1.2% at Diamond. Players can gradually advance to higher levels through regular play.

5.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

ft99 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption technology.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods apply for withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

5.3 Withdrawal Prerequisites

• Account verification must be completed.
• Wagering requirements related to bonuses must be fulfilled.

5.4 Transaction Cancellation

A pending withdrawal request can be cancelled before it is completed. However, transactions that have already been completed cannot be reversed.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

The outcome of all games on ft99 is determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. There is no possibility of predetermining or influencing the result of any game. If a technical issue arises with the software or server, the wager for that round will be considered void and the funds will be returned.

6.2 Internet Disconnection

If your internet connection is lost during play, the system will automatically save the game state. Upon reconnecting, you will be able to continue from where you left off. ft99 is not responsible for any loss caused by internet disconnection.

6.3 Game Disputes

In the event of a dispute over a game result, the server logs will be treated as the final evidence. Any complaint can be submitted through the support team and will be subject to proper review.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ft99 platform:

• Claiming bonus or promotion benefits by opening multiple accounts.

8.1 ft99's Rights

ft99 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Participation in prohibited activities.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure by the User
